Can you help me that while waiting for the ECOPR can we leave canada and visit our country??

You should be in Canada at the time of eCoPR issuance. If you want to leave, you need to inform IRCC and they will hold (and delay) your eCoPR till you get back. If you're not going to come back soon or if you're not allowed to enter at the border, you'll need to inform IRCC and they will change from online landing to PPR process which of course will delay the process even more.
If you want to leave and return before eCoPR is issued, you can certainly take that risk.
This information is verified via IRCC call center and my immigration lawyer. I am in the same boat and am forced to cancel my flight and apply for a visitor record because my eCoPR is delayed.

Exactly what I explained in my submission. Thank you for reinforcing.

All the above mentioned is correct! Adding to this : You can only travel with your eCoPR via U.S.A. land border in a non-commercial private vehicle. That is the only time you can travel without your PR card.

Did anyone else get any tracker update even after receiving the eCoPR? My tracker updated on January 07th stating Closed with the green highlight. Today its showing that it was last updated with no changes yesterday - January 14, 2025. I wonder if it's a generic system update or do they send you a GU before sending out the cards? Anyone has any insight? Much appreciated!

Based on what I’ve observed, I feel like AOR date matters a lot in addition to the expiration date of your COPR.

Most people that I’m seeing who’ve received their eCOPR recently (regardless of their P2 date) had their AOR as somewhere between May/June/July/August. They seem to be clearing the backlog based on AOR as a result.

So it seems like someone could theoretically, for example, have their P2 on Jan 14th and receive eCOPR today (Jan 15th) given that their AOR was in June and that it got filtered directly ahead in the queue. This might explain all the inconsistencies in the P2 to eCOPR issuance timelines.

This is just a pattern I’ve observed & wanted to share!

This is a brilliant perspective that I haven't paid attention to, and you may be right. A friend of mine got P2 and eCOPR two days after. However, his application had stayed for almost 17 months (Inland). So this may be a valid point to consider. My AOR was September 6 so we'll see.

Thanks! My AOR was also September 6th so let’s see if we both get it on the same day (which is hopefully soon)
