I applied in Feb 20th, 2024
June 6th, 2024 -Aor,ADR
October 9th-PAL
October 15-ADR
October 22-FD
October 25- PPR for spouse outland
October 28-P1
November 6-P2

There is nothing to do with winnipeg now as you have already got FD, p1 and P2 . Your ecopr needs to be issued by the office who issued your p1 or p2.

It should be written in the signature section of your email at the bottom. If not, you would have to call them to find out!

For my case, both P1 and P2 said Montréal, IRCC. Yeah, better call them!

eCOPR - 14th Jan

PVO- Montreal
SVO- Edmonton
eCOPR given by - Etobicoke.

It was long journey, hope everyone waiting for there eCOPR, receives it this week.
