Yes. You are correct. It seems like most of it depends on AOR and only in few cases it depends on P2. My AOR was on July 30th.
yes they try to close the profile in under 6 months but now they have reduced it to 5 months tho for CEC and still 6 months for PNP Express Entry, in my case the profile was closed under less than 5 months from AOR to COPR and under 6 months if i consider PR Card delivery also but I know it's not included.

Is there anybody from P2 Oct and sent replies to P1 and P2 email? I am so worried, perhaps I delay the process by sending emails.

I don't think so. It will come. I have seen that it takes lots of time for some people but it comes eventually. When did you receive P2?

I received P1 on Oct 18 and P2 on Oct 31
You don't have to worry. There are some people here who did not send a follow up mail but have been waiting since October 28-29. So hang in there, it will come. It is okay to think you are the cause especially when there are delays like this but I believe it will come soon.

I have rise from the dead just to ask this. The Service Canada peeps told me that I need to call CRA to update them since they are an entire seperate entity.
I contacted the CRA this morning, and they advised me to wait until my current login linked to the old SIN is deactivated. After that, I can register again with my new SIN and start using the CRA online portal.
They also mentioned that they are not involved in this process.
