I received my Portal 1 email on November 21st and replied to it on November 22nd. I'm now waiting for the Portal 2 email.

We have the same date for Portal 1, and I am also waiting for Portal 2.

One thing I want to know. Is there any way we all (who haven’t got their COPR yet) can write an email to IRCC ? Like cc each other in the email and ask what's happening at the back end? Should I worry or you think it’s normal?

I think it's completely normal because IRCC has been very random when issuing eCoPRs. People from all over different timelines are getting it. And there are still more people who's been calling them everyday and they are being told just to wait as there's nothing they could do at this final stage!

I doubt multiple people calling and otherwise bugging IRCC is helping speed things up, it likely has the opposite effect because it's distracting the officers.
