I think this is normal , for most of the members the files were processed in one vo and P1 and P2 sent by another.

That wont be the case. My dependent is outside Canada and she received passport request and got her passport stamped before november 15th.

Hello! Did you send your dependents passport without your Ecopr?
We’re on the same boat.
I got passport request for my dependent but they said to wait for ecopr first before sending to VFS.

Did not get you,but what can he do in this scenario and not sure even if they will meet us common man who are not even Canadian citizen for now ? Can MP really help in getting ECOPR ? Do you have any examples in past ?? Thanks

The MP can reach out to IRCC on your behalf and make specific queries which you'll get to know eventually either by calling IRCC or applying GCMS notes! It would be faster is a sense as you won't need to wait for a long time. In the past and even currently, it did help some of the applicants after they reached out to the MP. Certainly won't hurt to try!

The wait time from P1 to P2 has been significantly better for November! There's a high chance you might get it by end of this week or early next week!
