Just called ircc the agent told my primary vo is Edmonton and secondary vo is Montreal.
previously primary vo was Sydney and secondary vo was Ottawa.
But agent told p2 was done from Etobicoke. so ecopr also should be also from etobicoke. lets see no idea

From what I could gather from other threads, Etobicoke has a faster efficiency in comparison to both Sydney and Montreal! Hopefully, you'll get it soon enough!

I have a question, is the primary office responsible to send ecopr or the office that created portal for you if your file does not get transferred

I'd assume that they'd be the same if there's no transfer! Not entirely sure though!

Thanks for the info. I received my P1 and P2 both from Montreal! I just hope they issue our eCoPRs without any delay regardless of the VOs.
