anyone knows what is happening with ECOPRs for people who got P2 in end OCT?

its random some people got ecopr and some are still waiting. There is no specific pattern.

IRCC even transferred my file from Montreal to Sydney now and as far as I know Sydney office is slow bcz it processes all citizenship applications and all pr applications complete their first check at Sydney office so needless to say, its a busy office.

Those seem to be outliers. According to the doc, most people with mid Oct P2s are still waiting.

Agreed! However, I have also seen that people with early AORs tend to get the eCoPR rather quick in comparison to some one who had a late AOR but same P2 date! Then again, IRCC likes to play around!

Exaclty, I have been waiting since Oct 23 to get my ecopr.

Hopefully, you'll be getting it soon enough! My P2 was on October 30!

You declared that you are In Canada. If you leave the country it could be considered misrepresentation and lead to some serious consequences.

But when we declared, we were in Canada. If they will take more than 2 months then what can we do?

The only thing you can do is to call IRCC and let them know of the travel plan. I don't think they'll accommodate if you don't have a very strong reason/emergency for travel!
