No, I haven't tried KAI, I believe this is not the right thing to do since the application is officially approved only after this first email, so it must arrive. I reached out my my local MP and after that things started moving really fast!

I mean decision made is when all section became completed and COPR number was generated in ircc tracker. I also ordered GCMS notes and Final was Approved on 12 January.

Here's my timeline:
Decision made: 12 January 2023
Portal 1: 17 May 2024 (more than 4 month after final decision and after everything was completed!!!)
Portal 2: 21 May 2024
eCOPR: 22 May 2024
PR card: waiting

I have landed and got my first pr cart 2013 and didn’t meet R/O,so it has been expired 2018.i just came back canada with PRTD type R-1.
I applied for PR cart in portal and immediately an email sent to me in which it was confirmed “the process has been initiated”.should i take an action or just wait for another email?

Yes thats your portal 1. We have the same sender its from VO Montreal I got mine last May7 for portal 1 still no response yet for portal2 its been 16days

good deal, I got eCOPR on 17-May-2024. I guess it is taking around 1.5 months for the PR card to arrive?

I think I'll just wait for my Portal 1 instead of reaching out to them repetitively or trying KAI.

No email yet for P2 they says mostly from VO Montreal takes 4-6wks but faster for ECOPR takes just 2-3days.
