I just have a few questions to ask .

1. The IMM5983e, the place where employer and employee needs to sign I have been having problem in signing it , I have been unable to sign the document likewise my employer. Please who has encounter this should tell me what I can do .
Because I heard they don’t accept hand documents that they will return the application back to you .

It is because my mom applied with less than 12 months experience in Canada (Gaining Experience category). Now she has to work for 12 months in Canada as HSW and then submit paystubs and IMM form. Then we all will get PR in hand. It is Occupation Restricted Open Work Permit

please I just have a question , please can you please ask your mom if the employer was able to sign on the document digitally or was it printed and signed ? I have been having difficulty doing this please help me

Hi everyone just a general question . My wife and I got open work permit . But my wife employer did not need her anymore so we had to find another employer . But we already have open permit and we found another employer . Only bad thing about new employer he does not show 90k income , he shows 60 k , my question if my wife complete 12 months and send all the docs needed for proof like t4 , paystub , employer letter etc . But will they ask employer NOA as well or any income proof ?? Or it does not matter when we already submitted 12 months experience?

Please guys does the home support programe fill up same day the application open just like the home child care? The applicant is yet to receive her ECA report from WES, huge delay. Estimated date of completion is Jan 24 2024. The job offer is Home support care
