Thanks, one more question.

Should we send two separate packages for myself and my spouse? Or we can club it in one as the Application number is same?

They will give the IRCC website answer to you, and that is that if you "live" inside Canada and try to submit it yourself, they WONT accept it.
My guess is that they want the Canadian embassy in cdmx to do the actual translation process.

I have seen one applicant before doing the inland process and tried to submit it herself, and she did get a warning letter from the mex embassy that it may cause a refusal.

So..... I would just sit back and wait to be cautious.

Hey,

Is it normal for Background verification to be Completed without receiving the Mexico PCC?

Background verification: Completed
Eligibility: Completed
Medical: Completed
Biometrics: In Progress (I have an appointment tomorrow for Biometrics)

I just sent my fingerprints last week on the 22nd of Nov and they were delivered on the 28th.

Yesterday saw the Background verification, Medical, and eligibility as Completed.

Wondering what happens once my Biometrics is also completed but the PCC will arrive in the next 4 months only?

Has anybody hear about INVICTA Law? I have tried to dig some information about how to get the PC on my own, which is not encouraged because it might be either rejected or get warned by the system, but according to these immigration lawyers they can do it within two weeks after receiving the documents requested. I can't find any other service alike from others immigration consultants/lawyers. Any idea?

I had a consultation with her, and tbh found her to be slightly arrogant.
They are also SUPER hard to get a hold of for any responses if you dont purchase their services.

Save the money and do the application process yourself.
Our PCC for mexico took exactly 3months doing the normal standard method.

What is everyone's status with PCC? I got ADR PCC for Mexico and they gave me till Jan 27th. I sent my stuff on Dec 1 to the Embassy. Is there any chance VO will receive it before the given date?

Don't think so, I sent them on Nov 22nd. I am assuming it to be available by March only for both of us.

Can you let me know what is the Background verification status in the Tracker for you?

She is extremely arrogant and rude as hell. She will start treating you like crap once you’ve paid the retainer, will find reasons to treat you poorly even when there is not a reason. Doesn’t have a good reputation in Vancouver. Seems like she forgets she’s not the only immigration lawyer in Canada. So no, I don’t recommend her or her firm. And many others would agree with me.
