I made the same mistake but unfortunately didn’t receive any update yet though I sent the already an email that I made a mistake. How did you resolve yours?
 
I am writing for a friend: He got email to send information to Montreal office, this happened in October 6th, Since then he didn't get any response from them... Should he resend email to them?

If you're referring to to the P1 email, they don't typically respond.

3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? - 10/13/2023
4. When did you receive ECOPR? - 10/30/2023
5. What is the VO? - Etobicoke
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? - 11/29/2023

Although, my status in the portal still shows as "In review with IRCC"

Congrats,
In case of showing "In review with IRCC", how did you receive your ECOPR? It is supposed to download the ECOPR from portal, confirmation section. Isn't it correct?
