I really don't know what I'm missing in trying to link my PR card. I've been trying for a while now and still no success. Any tips from anyone who also had difficulty?

Answering your question, yes , I called, but as usual nothing specific , just wait

you can see, that most of the people who has just got ecopr, have expired date - end of May

Finally, my journey comes to an END, I received my PR Card in the mail today.

ECOPR: Sept 23
GU1: Nov 2
GU2: Nov 14
PR CARD: Nov 22
