Not Ye.. But COPR's number has generated on tracker.
Wrote 2 emails, two webforms and 4 calls. Contact centre knows nothing and have no control on when the eCOPR be uploaded. This is beyond frustration
Called IRCC today and spoke to an agent. The agents do not know anything about the case. The only recommendation was to submit a request through a webform. The agent mentioned that the form is first triaged by them and they manually upload the form into another system which is then reviewed and respondde by the decision making officers.

Is your VO also Montreal? I really would like to understand how they operate, because there’s not a single thing that has a pattern over there
From an article that I read where an immigration lawyer was raising this issue with immigration . This pattern of 120 days only started late 2022. Not sure why the delay.
