Next Ack date in our tracker is Oct 3, so no "processed" updates expected until 25th (tomorrow the Consulate is closed). Recall, Sep 30 to and Oct 2 were not working days for the Consulate.

Here is the details if you can add to the tracker:
Application Submitted: Sep 23rd
OCI Acknowledge: Oct 10th
OCI Processed: 2nd Nov (tentative)
OCI Received: 10th Nov (tentative)
Glad to know. I would like to see someone doing this successfully with BLS Toronto office as well as they normally does not allow pickup. The process is the same, but have not seen anyone reporting back after doing this in recent times.

Postal delays and time it stalled at BLS do not count towards processing at the consulate. Its only 20 days from Oct 3, and its taking that long for Ack these days. I would wait for a day or two more before getting worried. What is the "Application date" shown on BLS site?
22 calendar days, not working days. So it's including Saturday and Sunday and excluding other holidays.

Some OCI Cards are getting stuck in a mandatory freeze period also known as a "cooling off" period. Taking 30+ days from ack to be processed, then another 4-8 days in hand. Toronto Consulate
