He suggested me to reply to that portal 1 email again and let them know that l have been waiting for almost a month. I will reply to that email again and see what happen.

Hi all I would like to share with you my story that i am in a worst situation from u all. So i got portal 1 on 10th August and portal 2 on 29th August and I thought i will get ecopr in a week so I thought it would be best to check the flight prices and i got the cheapest and book the tickets for going to my back country on 14th November.
So still i am waiting for ecopr. I called ircc multiple times, i contact my MP, i replied To partal twice so nothing works for me. So now on next week i have to cancel the tickets. In addition to it my lease was ending in October and thought that no need to renew it and I will be in my back country by November so now i am homeless.

My lease even end tomorrow and I changed my flight ticket twice already.
