I already have PR portal as I created one out of curiosity and I check it on regular basis but nothing in it as of now. My representative advised me to make another email account and reply back to portal 1 with new email address as it worked for client of their who had similar issues as mine will update if it works for me.did you try the “forgot password” method on the pr portal?
sometimes your account is already created and you’ve just not received the email.
But as a matter of fact one thing is for sure if you already have PR portal account created with the email address you provide for portal 2 creation it takes twice the time so I would advice everyone if they already have a PR portal account do not give it out for creation of portal 2 and if you already have provided that and not getting response try making a new email address and reply to Portal 1 again and it might work out
