I replied on aug 1 still waiting for portal 2 vo etobicoke

I don't understand how VO Montreal works as I was ready to wait at least until the end of this month, but this is my timeline guys:

Portal 1: July 31
Portal 2: August 9, this morning 11AM PST

My dependent also got his separate account created, he will upload his photo tonight.

Uploaded photo immediately, now another round of waiting for eCOPR and PR card......

Express entry or non-express entry application please? I read somewhere that it takes a while for non-express entry applicants to get portal 2 because they already created a portal account.
