I talked with IRCC yesterday and they told me to wait. Its been 21 days since portal 1 reply, however, they told me everything is fine and it takes time for IRCC to make an account. So no option but to wait.

What if they didn’t ask for height and eye color do we still have to provide them?
i got portal 1 on aug 1 replied same day still waiting for portal 2 vo etobicoke
I have applied under Atlantic Immigration Program and I have already submitted my initial application through the PR portal. All I need need it to enable the COPR link in the PR portal for me. I have started sending follow up emails now assuming they will read at least one of my emails.
They need these info to put on your pr card and if you go through email you will see the statement reply with height and eye color plus info needed in the pdf so you have to send them the details hope that helps
Which VO??Hi guys, I am sharing my PR Portal timelines as of August 2023.
- Jul. 29, 2023: Email asking for Info + Eye Color + Height (Answered it on the same day);
- Aug. 03, 2023: Login credentials received (Confirmed that I was in Canada and uploaded address and photo on the same day);
- Aug. 08, 2023: Received eCOPR;
- Aug. 09, 2023: Photo still in review;

Please, where did they ask you this? With Portal 1 email? I reviewed/searched my Portal 1 email and document and there's nothing asking for height and eye color. Or is it with Portal 2?

Sent a concern mail about repeated mail and delay - July 25
Portal 2 - Aug 9
In my case, I hope the delay is because I already created an account in PR portal last year
In my opinion, there is no need send a concern email because IRCC works in mysterious way

Tbh I didn’t do anything i just copied the template they provide in the pdf and i add height and eye color
Dont overthink just copy the info from pdf and paste it and fill the info needed
In the email read the email word by word and you will find this request hope that helps
Lol me too copied the template but forgot to include, then resent the same day.
