Yes …. They mentioned in the email you have to include height and eye color plus the info in the pdf

Hi guys, I am sharing my PR Portal timelines as of August 2023.
- Jul. 29, 2023: Email asking for Info + Eye Color + Height (Answered it on the same day);
- Aug. 03, 2023: Login credentials received (Confirmed that I was in Canada and uploaded address and photo on the same day);
- Aug. 08, 2023: Received eCOPR;
- Aug. 09, 2023: Photo still in review;

Thanks for the information. Did you send follow up mail on top of the already sent ones or did you sent like a new email with the details for 10 times?

I did both. At times new emails and at times follow up email.
