yes you are right about the eligibility part, it has to be cleared/passed before IRCC goes ahead with BGC on applications, I have searched this info on other forums/google and also the eligibility status of other members on our forum.
Regarding COPR its been a month today but I cant see any number on AST. Hope we get ppr or rfv or portal soon.
Also finally we called IRCC (waiting time was too long- 45 minutes call), She told me everything on my application is done and someone is working on our file, its just matter of time you will hear from us. (asked approx time she said cannot confirm but everything is passed). I forgot to ask specific dates when was everything passed/cleared. i dint want the agent to hang up on me like last time.
*This call log shows up on my AST tracker.

I too phoned them yesterday out of curiosity - to basically know if all assessments were done, they confirmed everything is cleared and told to keep eye on the inbox for next communication. I think what agent indirectly tried to say is keep eye on junk folder too lol.
Anyways, while I knew everything was cleared based the AST info, the actual intend of my call was to know if portal was triggered or not - I saw many post lately (on FB) were applicant either sees DM or no DM but that all green checks in AST (no copr) and is waiting for over close to 2 months, but nothing and at later point, they get to know portal was sent few weeks ago however PA never received it. Glitch they say like a glitch in the matrix - I sent but you didn't recieve not my problem lol.. Anyhow, in my case, no portal yet, gotta to wait bit more.

I think if I don't get my portal by the end of the day I'm going to do what @airforce1907 did and send them all the info myself. My COPR is expiring in less than 2 months and I don't want to have any problems because of it.

I received my PNP OINp International student stream approval recently. My IELTS was valid when i applied for PNP, But Now it has been expired, I am working in NOC B position. I am going through the PR portal to apply and submit my documents. But it is asking for IELTS as required document, Should I upload my expired IELTS? or Appear for IELTS exam now again?

Could you please share your timelines? Especially what was left before your file transferred to Etobicoke and how much time it took

I got AOR+MP early dec 2022, and then there was 6 months of silence. I think my file was banished to a dimension of pain that has deep depths and deeper lore, trapped in endlessness of waiting loop. File moved to etobicoke early march 2023, got to know by calling them. Some where at the end of May 2023 is when things started to move.

I got the same thing.
It should mean your PR is approved on May 30 and you have your COPR details in your tracker. But the weird thing is - you still have yet received your portal email!

If your job offer fall under Noc O, A and B , you don’t need Ielts for that . It’s required for Noc C and D,

The date of final decision is one day before I got portal 1 email.

True, I also keep checking my junk folders more than 3 to 4 times a day and also log in on both portals morning n evening..lol..
waiting for their revert is the only option.
but do you think if I call them 2nd time after a month of my previous call will be a problem?

Any member on this forum who have a similar situation please write so we are also aware and can take appropriate action timely.

BGC change from 'Not applicable' to 'We are processing your background check' means that your file progressed in background check phase. You either passed criminality or criminality + info sharing. What was BGC in gckey before 'Not applicable'? 'Processing' I assume.

Your ADR turned to 'reviewing on 9th June' - I think you must have recieved GU? AD reviewing could indicate that your eligibility is under review.

Edit* answering your question, next could be PAL or BGC completed (in AST) if sec too get cleared.
