Hi Everyone!

I got NOI under OINP in 5-May draw too. I've submitted the profile but I made an error in resume and I need advice if I should withdraw the application and resubmit.

So I am employed by "Company A" and was outsourced to "Company B". My work experience, salary slips, tax certificates are from "Company A" and in the IRCC and OINP work experience section I've added "Company A" as employer too. My reference letter (IRCC template) was signed by "Company B", since that's the company I've actually worked for, and in the reference letter, employment by "Company A" and outsourced to "Company B" information is clearly mentioned. Now I've mistakenly mentioned "Company B" in the resume. Should I ignore it, or should I withdraw the application and resubmit, since I'm still under 45 days period post NOI.

I consulted from Rudraksha Group overseas solutions phase 1, Mohali, Punjab for Canada work permit. Can anyone confirm tht is it a genuine consultant?

I had the same issue about not having my name on my Birth certificate, what helped me was I just got it translated from Punjabi to English by a professional (cost me around $25-30) and that was it. That's what I submitted.

Thanks for the info! MY BC is already in English, can I still get it translated to over come this issue? And did you get it done in India or Canada? Please refer to how to find the translator?

Two days ago I called IRCC to know about BG status and medical request, for which they said PR case is within time frame and once any update you will be first to see it. I revived AOR and BIL on 1 MARCH 2023 and still waiting for medical request while BG in progress.
Today I saw in tracker that they received an enquiry from me. so my question is that even IRCC record the call enquiry in tracker as well. and is calling have any affect on PR process?

Hi Everone

The payment option on https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/fee-wizard/welcome shows the below option after choosing "Permanently live in Canada or get permanent resident documents "

"I’m applying as a provincial nominee on paper instead of through Express Entry"

Is that the correct payment option? IDK why it says on "paper" since now we are applying online. Just making sure that I do not pay the wrong amount and option.

Today I received an email for ADR.
ADR 6/7/2023 - PA : T4, PayStub, Bank statement, Schedule A, Employment Letter, Schedule 4. Wife : Schedule A
Upload files to MyCIC and Email to officer.


My question is "Email to CIC" as well? Does it mean I'm in risk ?
I got couple refusal visa in the past and my wife too.

Oh really ? What is the message in your tracker and where is the message shows ?
I called IRCC 6/6 and 6/7 I received an ADR.

Mine was done in Canada as my BC was in Punjabi, without my name. To overcome that issue, we submitted my 10th class certificate as an additional document. You can refer to the link https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...-certificate-with-no-name.263644/post-3897922
The forum is specifically made about Birth Certificates without name. Hope it helps.

The IRCC states that Calling them for the same enquiry multiple times might cause them to increase your processing time. So, be mindful of how many ties you call them an try to call only when you think you have a genuine question. Imagine yourself in their shoes, an applicant is calling because hey didn't get an update for 1.5 months, while application still being under normal processing time.
I know waiting is hard but you just got to be patient.
I have July 2022 AR and still waiting for my Medical request.

If you don't have a medical in the last 5 years, IRCC will probably ask you later. Some might suggest that you do upfront now. IMHO, better to wait for their instruction.
