Again, you just applied 6 months ago and are panicking as if you have a 2020 file. Pending results means just that. You just have to wait. You're well within the standard processing time.

Have they asked you for a copy of your passport pages before during the process or this is the first time? and no you shouldn't translate the stamps if its online. my friend just had his interview last week. they just asked him to show the passport on camera go through couple of pages and that's it.

Yes, they request passports and pr card and all documents that sent for citizenship application.

Hello Folks,

So I received my 3rd GCMS notes from CBSA. I applied by paper with family in OCT, 2022. My BG is in process (Security Clearance) since Feb, 2023 and we already passed the test, my spouse has BGC. As per notes:

• Triage: L2; Location: Grant Review Ready - PM01; Application Assignment is all BLANK (not yet assigned), LPP: Not Started, Security: In process, Criminality: Passed

Below is consolidated view of my notes, one thing new I noticed that these notes have validity date under security sub-activity, updated by system. Does it means that my security clearance is already completed by CSIS, but not yet updated by case officer or RC-8090 (CPC sydney) - but then why the status is still 'pending results' (perhaps previous status)?



My security was started on 08 Feb, 2023. I should expect 6-8 months (by July/Aug, 2023) or 110 days (as per CSIS service standard), I have also requested CSIS notes on 27 APR, 2023 - hopefully those will arrive this month too.

Secondly, I intend to request SCR office to separate/de-couple spouse and minors applications so that my processing delay doesn't jeopardize their application processing. Would there be any +/- impact or success rate of this?

What are your insights on these notes I received? please share your valuable insights. Thank you!

Are they not processing family applications together . I call IRCC and she said criminality passed BG in process. Keep an eye on email you would get something soon. After 03 days my wife get oath email but me and my daughter still in process . Any idea what’s happening.

So I didn't pursue the request to separate/decouple family app, as was concerned abt the additional delay might occur either by processing request or the process itself (as per advice by seniors). Instead just resting my case like others on mercy of IRCC. Painful I know but what else can be done. Seems in your case they processed spouse separately unlike mine, and they will process minor together with you. Your security clearance is in procss and too early to predict whether its extended one which takes 6-8 months, you did test Apr while AOR in mid feb, too early and good pace. Keep hopes high, may be you have BGC soon, if it takes further 2 months, safely consider its extended process by CSIS, order gcms notes in while, may be that trigger the case. Keep high hopes,Good luck!

Thanks for your detailed feedback . As per law they have to process family applications altogether. They have to inform me if processing separate from family. 2nd my wife got email foe PCC from one country and ask her to send via email. We have similar timelines.so i am assuming they will ask mine PCC as well so i send then email in advance. Moreover IRCC said you get something in two week keep an eye in email everything is on order and in process. What doz this mean

IRCC had weird ways they made BG check to back in progress after the test and then requested FP again too and this added approx 8 months to the processing

This statement is debatable! Keep calm and be hopeful. It might be just around the corner.
