I have a post graduate work permit. I got my OHIP approved after I provided my employment letter as a permanent full time worker. Few months later, I switched to part-time permanent worker at the same company and in the same position. Did I loose my OHIP benefit then, please?

To obtain OHIP you had to show that you would be employed full-time for at least 6 months. You need to contact OHIP since you may have never qualified for OHIP. How ling did you work full-time? How may hours per week do you work now? Was there a reason for change to part-time?

There was a requirement to get the OHIP whether providing a contract of a full time job for more than 6 months or an employment letter that shows that I work full time as PERMANENT and the starting date in that job position. I started working in October 2022 and got my OHIP in January 2023. I switched to permanent part-time job in April of this year, now I work less than 24 hours/week.
Yes, I had a personal reason to work part-time (temporarily only). I'm afraid if I call them to ask them about my OHIP benefit, they'll remove it.

If you started work in October you may be fine. Are you returning to full-time work soon? Not being upfront can also lead to problems.
