Is your nomination contingent on your job? In other words, is it/ will it be tied to your employer? OR It depends on the stream of BCPNP you are applying for? For me I was not tied to any employer so under NOC in my nomination, it said 'N/A 9914', which is basically saying I am free as a bird.
So interesting, why do they do the background before the eligibility?Hey Guys,
I had a few questions from my GCMS notes. I ordered them from both IRCC and CBSA on the same day (~4weeks back). Today, I got the notes of the IRCC. Not of CBSA yet. Would those notes be any different? Anyways, the notes goes like this:
ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Info Sharing: In Progress
Other Regs:
Final:
There is a section that says
CRIMINALITY:1
Status: Cancelled and
CRIMINALITY:2
Status: Passed- Bio.
I am guessing 2 takes precedence over 1 and was not needed? I am trying to figure out why 1 was cancelled and still on the assessments, its passed.
For Info sharing, it has:
Info Sharing :1
Type: Biometric FCC - Detail
Partner: USA
Status: Ready to be assessed
For other partner countries AUS, NZL, it says NRT. I see USA again two times after that on Info sharing 4 and 5:

Partner: USA
Type:Biographic
Status: NRT and
Info Sharing: 5
Partner: USA
Type: Biometric FCC
Status: Complete - Not Reviewed
Whats the difference between 'Biographic' and 'Biometric'? I am guessing IRCC needs to review all the information gathered (5) and make an assessment to (1), for Info Sharing to change from 'In Progress' to 'Assessed'? Am I thinking this right?Also, I noticed that the request date on my notes says 2023/04/19, which is the same exact date that the new application tracker was last updated (top-right corner), OR the date on which most of the peoples 'Background Verification' went to 'In Progress'. Is it really a crazy coincidence OR is there something really obvious I am missing here? LOL
I am not sure...... I think their processing method changes depending on your stream.
Edit: I noticed that eligibility check is also going on side by side, because on the Notes at the bottom, I see theres 'Recommendation Passed' for Work Experience. I think that should fall under eligibility.

I believe you can get all of this information by requesting the GCMS file from this website https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do which will costs you 5 bucks.
I am in BCPNP but my stream don't require job offer. So I am thinking they prioritize doing background checks over eligibility checks at least in my case. But that is just a guess....
It might be also the case for people, that every Assessments are going on side by side. But, for some, they might have just gathered information on Background, way way quicker than they could gather info for eligibility......, hence resulting in one being done before the other. But thats another guess LOL

I have exactly the same thing for ASSESSMENTS in my GCMS notes except my Criminality is in-progress. I don't know if my Criminality / info sharing changed to passed after by BGC changed to "Not Applicable" in GCkey. I also see U.S. twice in my notes. In Biographic, I believe they check for any U.S. entry/exit records (by land or air). Recommendation Passed' for Work Experience for me as well. What does the "Additional Notes" section say for you? does it say like "Ready-for-Eval-CT"? or something else?
Yeah it does: "Ready-for-Eval-CT". Whats your request date (at the top)? I think your Criminality should have been changed to pass after the change to NA in GCKey.

I applied under the BCPNP International Graduate stream. But I need 1 years job experience in NOC for that
