AFAIK - PAL comes after background is completed. You may notice from older posts that some got after MP or after ADR or before any of them. My medical passed 3+ months ago, no PAL yet.

I’m pnp-inland Ontario master graduate stream. Submitted my application on Jan 16,2023. Leant numerous ppl who submitted around the same time as well as after already got their AOR/file number yet I’ve not heard anything yet. Called IRCC and they said it’s within their timeframe so I just got to wait. Just wondering if anyone submitted around or after Jan 16 have or have not been updated with their AOR? Thanks!
