You need to be outside Canada to apply for PRTD. And It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks or more to process.

I am also in the same situation, my flight is after a month. Did you try to contact IRCC and see what is the current status of it? When was your eCoPR?
I received my ecopr last Feb 3. Then my photo got rejected feb 10. Uploaded new photo feb 10th same day for PR ID. Still waiting until now. Still in review. My flight on 26th.

1. Received email asking for information - March 9th - Replied same day
2. Still waiting for log in details for the portal

Seen most of the invites come with-in a few days... hoping it comes through soon!

Wow a lot of people on the +40 days bracket… it’s hard to have visibility on timeline as no one commented their card processing before this bracket from Montreal.

It’s weird because I personally know two of my friends who had their ecopr issued from Calgary and got their PR cards within the processing time. One of them got the ecopr after me. So it’s a bit strange how Montreal is getting away with this.

No idea why, IRCC agents do not provide more info. It seems to be the norm for VO Montreal to process the cards under at least 2-3 months and more. Occasionally some people were able to ask and get their cards but I think it only works if you meet the urgent request criteria.

Hello! If your photo for PR will be approve. How many days you will receive the PR ID from the date of approval?

Day by day, it is becoming more frustrating. The joy of receiving the ECoRP lasted for only one day, and the stress started the next, waiting for the PR Card.
Very few people posted about Montreal even on the Excel table so it’s hard to believe that this VO is overwhelmed… the lack of info is frustrating especially for an immigration process which isn’t cheap!
