Hello guys! How long it will take that they will approve the photo? My photo got rejected Feb. 10th and send or uploaded new 1 Feb. 10th same day. Until now, Still in review. Been 4 weeks. VO Calgary.

I think it should be good. Hopefully you will get cards soon. I got mine after uploading the pic 1 month after that. Same VO as yours.

I got my portal 1 email on 7th of March and got my credentials yesterday from Calgary. So you’ll probably get it early next week if it’s the same timeline.

It should be in the subject line of 1st email. Mine says Calgary in brackets.. like this IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal (Calgary -

I agree, the agent yesterday even told me that it’s completely normal to have to wait over their processing time without news, and that basically it’s our responsibility to see other options if we have to travel for work or other reason

Its been more than a month for pr card processing. Status for pr card still shows as application submitted. Does any one know how long after getting ghost update they are getting their pr card mailed to them. Adress accepted by ircc but photo is still in review..in pr portal

Same here! Got my eCOPR Feb. 03, and then my.photo rejected Feb. 10th. I uploaded new photo Feb 10th. Until now, still in review. Almost 1 month now. VO Calgary

Hi, you can try (888) 242-2100, select 2 and then 330 as soon as you can. They don’t really provide more information about the card beyond what is on the GC account because they are not the VO office.
