Friends, need one clarification. I have received Ontario ITA for Employer Job Offer as well as from my EE profile under Human Capital Stream. I am confused which application out of two should I submit.
Here is my analysis, HC stream the fees is $500 less than Employer Job Offer (I am in GTA), HC stream requires more documentation as compared to Employer Job Offer and processing time of HC stream is lower as compared to Employer Job Offer.

Has anyone been in same situation? Which program did you choose and why?

Once you submit application for Human Capital Stream do you get out of EE pool until province reached a decision?

I am also on the same timeline like yours, but in portal one I did not get any email to send all the applicant details for virtual landing. I did send it through the webform. Anyway hope you get your portal 2 soon.

You just have to hit reply to the portal 1 email. You won’t get a separate email address.

It was not through a email which I received portal 1 information, I got "information letter" through GCKey account.

with simply explaining, portal email 1 confirms that your pr is approved and there would be no longer assessment on your application.
And portal email 2 leads you to create（or will be already created）an online account to declare your presence in Canada.
After these processes, your pr is almost there.

Will my biometrics, given during TRV in 2019 be valid for PR application in 2022? It say it is VALID until 2029 in GCKey account, but the 2019 biometrics letter says:

• Please note that you will be required to provide your biometric information in support of any permanent resident application, even if you apply within the validity date indicated above.

It used to take quite a long time, but the recent trends show people get their AOR within 1-4 months.

Non-EE PNP Application :
e-APR (submitted an electronic Application for Permanent Residence) : 09 December 2022
AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) : - (almost 2 months waiting...)

Those emails let you give your details to ircc to create a new case under your existing online account which you submited your application. Is a portal email your next stage?
