Mine was also in Etobicoke I got mine on the 23rd. I know! I was at home in the afternoon when it was snowing so much. Right now it looks like the rain cleared the snow from the streets. Please spring, summer come fast!!!

it snowed terribly today here in toronto. it's so bad the snow that's supposed to fall on the other side of the road is right now. to make things worse, got sick from sunday onwards. this brought some warmth.

In my case, my dependant who is outside Canada, got the PPR one month before I got the PR confirmation email. I am in Canada all along. In fact, my dependant got the passport request, got it stamped along with the COPR - all before I received my first PR confirmation email from Calgary . Right now I am still waiting for my e-COPR . So in my case I can see that they are not interdependent in any way.

Thanks for your suggestion! If I may ask, what argument did you find to request this? Because I can’t justify with the fact that I have to travel urgently, since I can always do that without the ecorp…

I just emailed them saying its been 3 years since I haven't seen my family and I would like to go and meet them as soon as possible and also told them that a couple of my friends got eCOPR from montreal within a couple of weeks, and i didnt hear back since 60 days so i was a bit anxious about my application.

That is what i had written in the email. But again, not sure if it had any impact on the process.

Feeling depressed as it has been more than 4 months and I have not received eCOPR.

Is there something I do to get the eCOPR? It seems like no activity from VO Ottawa in this forum.

My Permit will be expiring in end of Feb 2023.

BTW, Congrats to all that have been getting their eCOPR and PR.

Hi you can follow up by reply to the email that sent you the password for your portal
I did it and after a day they sent me eCOPR

Thanks for sharing! It might have been a coincidence because I emailed them at IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and got the same reply thrice saying the usual automatic reply…

1. When did you receive an email asking for information?
2. When did you receive your login details for the portal?
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address, and uploaded a picture on the portal?
4. When did you receive ECOPR?
5. What is the VO?
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail?

1. Received the email from IRCC on Jan 20, 2023,
2. Replied back with the requested information the same day.
Almost a week and still waiting for the portal login details.
Rectification: Actually the IRCC portal login details came on Jan 24, 2023, found it in my junk email.
3. Confirmed my address and submitted the PRC photo today Jan 26, 2023, and waiting
