I’ve read in a few threads that it can take a few days after receiving AOR for the access to be opened for you to create the account. If you’ve received in the last couple days, that could be the issue.

Another common issue is when setting up the account, the number of applicants is entered incorrectly. # should be 2 (for primary applicant and sponsor) if there are any dependents in the application they would need to be factored into the number as well.

I’ve found this YouTube account to be very helpful, hopefully what he goes over in the video can resolve your issue:

I received the AOR on January 7 - it's been 9 days.

Thank you for the YouTube video - definitely informative!

Hello Guys,
My wife received PR approval on Jan 4 and portal invitation on Jan 06, applied on the same day....still waiting for eCOPR. My wife is here on visitor visa, finishing 6 months on Feb 17, 2023 should we apply for extension of visitor visa?

Yes, same time. When you login to the application portal, there are options at the bottom to attach images and supporting documents.

This guy on YouTube goes over it pretty well:

Would also recommend going through his channel and watching other videos, has a lot of other helpful videos for preparing the application.

Hi ,
In the PR Portal, the digital photo is now not been seen and it says " File not uploaded" Please provide information alongwith Add/Edit button. I was able to see it earlier.
I havent even received any communication from ircc to re-upload photo, does anyone know of what does this signify?

Passed my medical 6th Dec 2021, up till now nothing, my last update was Dec 9th 2022, pls I need help

The only option is to submit a case specific inquiry / webform.
