Haha I know that feeling I've also been emailing and calling the Calgary VO but all they say is due to current processing capacity there will be significant delays.

How did you find the Calgary VO number? I am waiting for more than 2 months for ecopr

I received my PR Portal Login on 12th Oct-2022, uploaded photo and confirmed address on Oct 13-2022.
Still waiting for ECOPR and PR Card and not sure, how long should wait.
Do we have any phone number or method to reach IRCC as a follow-up action?

Two questions:

1) Is this something we can contact our local MP for to get them to expedite the process?

2) Can we apply for the new PR SIN number using the approval letter from IRCC? Or do we have to wait for the eCOPR/PR card?

No, new SIN gets issued with the eCOPR or PR card.

No, new SIN gets issued with the eCOPR or PR card.

New SIN can be taken after the PR. Until you can work on the existing SIN (temporary).
