I received an email from Etobicoke office today morning,including appointment date and time regarding getting back my passport!!

Did they send you appointment for pickup with in this month? Or after long time still waiting for months for pickup

I did send email at that address on 22Aug but didn’t receive any response until now even sent them letter again by mail but still no response this time i have included suite 105 in the mailing address as well but no response until now. Not a single email or letter and it’s been more then 5 months already

It took 5months and they sent me an email including appointment date and time 3 weeks ago.
Last week I got my passport back.
