So in a couple of days you will get another email saying eCoPR is ready to download in your portal . I got mine the next day.

Hey guys, It’s now 7 days since the first portal message I got and still haven’t received the portal login credentials that some people even get in 24 hours. Should I wait or just reply them again?

Im in the same boat, I replied to them on the same as of 5th Aug but no credential yet for the account. Let me know if you receive any.

Virtual Landing Office is : OSC Ottawa
What would be the best course of action which i should take to get update on my case?

I submitted mine July 28 and until now no Ecopr, I hope soon
