PR confirmation portal timelines

Can anyone give me an advice, my wife landed to Canada via Montreal airport by jul 1, the boarder officer forgot to sign the copr just asked some questions and said welcome to Canada!!. So we called IRCC as we need Confirmation on Copr for SIN,
They forwarded email and a link to Pr portal, my wife declared her presence in Canada, the address and uploaded photo at jul 13, now the account still shows in review by IRCC, the mater is the copr (papers) are being expired by aug 13. I called IRCC and explained the mater, they asked to follow up with Email but still no response to our email.
Should we drive back Montreal airport from Toronto and get the signature from boarder ??or still wait for online ECopr confirmation as the Copr papers are being expired soon.

I recently visited a CBSA office at Calgary international with questions about entering Canada without a PR card. They were very helpful and accessible. Perhaps you could approach the CBSA office in Montreal the same way.

Yes, I linked my PR card application and as per GC key account update it was approved and dispatched on July 28, 2022.

Mine is as follows:
1. Received email asking for information - 20th May
2. Received log in details for the portal - 20th May
3. Declared my presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal - 21st May
4. ECOPR - Still waiting...
5. VO - Etobicoke

And hv any idea how long ECOPR take after pr potal process?
Because i uploaded all docs a week ago on the portal..

Received the PR card today
My timeline is:
1. When did you receive an email asking for information? July 12th, 2022
2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? July 15th 2022
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? July 15th 2022
4. When did you receive ECOPR? July 18th 2022
5. What is the VO? Etobicoke
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? August 5th, 2021

Quick question I received PR confirmation email on Aug 9 and replied back with the information the same day. I still haven't received login credentials for the portal. How many days does it take to get back login credentials? Thanks
