Nah my question was did you do upfornt (as in medicals before submitting application) or medicals after you submitted the application?
Hi,
Yes, I meant Upfront, sorry.
We submitted upfront medicals with our application.

and did you hear anything back on the webform you submitted for updated yearly medical insurance?

So here is what I did, I uploaded my mother's webform using generic IRCC webform link. And for my father I uploaded using Country specific webform. For my father I received auto-reply from the country that does not mention anything about the documents I sent. No reply from the generic webform I sent for my mother.
But here is the interesting part - For my mother I sent through NOA using generic webform before I got visa refusal and I received a reply today saying I need to contact the country where the file is currently sitting. So that means anything we send through generic webform does not get attached to our application. This is ridiculous!!! What if someone does not know where their file is being processed?

Update on my file - We updated medical insurance for both parents showing that insurance has been paid for entire year and sent them via two separate webforms per each parent specific to Delhi VO.

Wow. You received response to the NOA webform today, weeks after they processed the earlier file!! IRCC is just amazing me by each passing day.

The only way I found that my application is with Delhi office is by calling IRCC every day until my call got transferred and he confirmed the processing office.
I guess it is all by luck.

Exactly...IRCC amazes me every single day. But I really feel for you because you have been delaying your marriage. Who wouldn't want their parents at their marriage.
You are a law abiding tax paying citizen and yet they can't be bothered.

Yes. Now we are at 121 days.
MP is of no help at all. He did not hear back on the inquiry.
We did not hear back on the GCMS notes. Consent form was submitted on Saturday. A week has passed after.

We had no option but to postpone the wedding. It sucks so much.
They do not understand that our lives are being impacted and we have to change so many plans (housing, rentals, venues, vendors) and all due to the way they are handling these applications.
I just read that someone got two approvals on two different submissions for the same applicant and same application type.
It clearly tells how defaulted the system is. They are not even checking that the file has already been processed.

I have tried to indicate the criticality of the situation by raising webforms and we did not hear any response on those webforms either. Like come on, our request is genuine, we are letting you know as well. and still the officer reading webforms is unbothered.

clearly you can tell, how frustrated i am. lol :)

I know what you are going through. Have you tried tagging Immigration minister on Twitter? Or writing him an email atleast.

WHAT? That is not good...Every insurance company allows you to change payment methods. Ask them if you cancel how much they will charge? And move to another good one. Also someone told me insurance prices have come down.

You can go ahead and pay the rest of the amount. So it shows that the entire payment has been made and there is no pending amount.

Hi guys IRCC just updated BVL in my fathers account. What does that mean? Will we get ppr very soon???

Hi I applied for my parents super visa on October 5th 2021
Medical passed Feb 22nd 2022
Biometrics completed June 1st 2022
On June 22nd 2022 I got email from Delhi high commission regarding my fathers job details as he was in police. Even we already gave it in the forms. My parents visited canada 2 times before on tourist visa. I don’t know why there is so much delay this time. Now it’s more than a month since we have replied then and no update yet
Any suggestions

IRCC refusing super visa if medical insurance is not paid in full.

https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/in-applied-for-super-visa-for-my-dad-got-rejected-what-to-do.774601/

My brother is in Canada, he's got ways and means to support my father, and we applied all the necessary requirements of a Super Visa. It got rejected citing this reason:
--------------------------------------
Thank you for your interest in coming to Canada. I have reviewed your temporary resident visa
(visitor visa) application and supporting documentation to assess whether you meet the
requirements for a visitor visa (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/
services/visit-canada/eligibility.html). This includes assessing whether you are coming to Canada
temporarily for the reason(s) you describe in your application. I have determined that your
application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
(IRPA) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/index.html) and Immigration and Refugee
Protection Regulations (IRPR) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/
index.html). I am refusing your application.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Effective July 4, 2022, all private medical insurance must be paid in full.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.
---------------------------------

Can someone please help me and tell me what am I doing wrong? I showed a bank balance of 4Lac INR in my father's account.
