Hey Guys,
I applied for my parent's SuperVisa on 24th May 2021.
Received BIL in a week, and submitted the same.
Medicals submitted upfront.

Until March 2022, no update.
15th April: Medicals Passed for both (just before 1 year).
20th April: Medicals Passed no longer shows on both applications.

30 inquiries until now, no single valuable update from the sloths at IRCC.

May 20th: I approached my local MP, and they called IRCC on my behalf, the office told that Medicals have been passed and criminality check is done. Our local MP asked us to connect if we don't hear in 1 month.

June 20th: 1 month goes by and nothing happens (as usual). Our local MP wrote a letter and sent it to IRCC, I submitted the same on my behlf.

I'm disheartened and I have no idea what to do anymore. I don't want to apply on another visa portal and bla bla because my parents are old and I cannot ask them to run again to gather all documentation.

The lazy bums at IRCC doesn't care! No updates and nothing! And then I see most of the applications getting approved in 6 months.

WHAT SHOULD I DO???
I applied 1st on may 4 2021 medical pass eligibility pass criminality pass security in process

Called and asked they said apply new file didi that on april 2022 medical passed may 2022 no update after that

Went to mp they said according us they are not really doing old applications so apply new i told them i already did they said wait until it reach it processing time then we will surely findout

Soo wasting time now

436 days and counting since I applied for a P&GP Supervisa. Processing times from the UK (until recently when they stopped publishing potential timeframes), when I applied was 205 days, reducing over the year to as low as 125/6. Despite selecting the monthly updates option on my profile page, I have received only 1 last autumn, which was a standard computer generated response. I have submitted their Web form on 2 occasions with specific queries about my application, none of which have been answered, with a cut & paste style response letter to only the first enquiry. I paid for an upfront medical which was acknowledged as passed in Feb this year (hurrah I thought, not long now!) Oh how wrong I was. The "passed your medical" statement dusappeared from my account in May with no explanation. I feel as if i am in limbo in a black hole of ircc, with little to no communications and no avenue of suitable redress. If I complain, then I am fearful my application will just be lost completely or rejected, and they're restarting Express Entry, so it's just going to get even worse. Has anyone actually got a Supervisa, and how long did it actually take if you dont mind me asking?

Hello Experts,

I am looking to apply for Super Visa for my in laws but they are currently in Canada with us on a Visitor Visa. Can I apply for Super Visa now ? or do they have to be out of Canada physically (in my home country) while applying??

I heard from some of the immigration consultants and my friends that they have to be physically present in my home country while applying.

If this is the case then what is the reason behind it ?
Can anyone reply on this please?

Don't be disheartened Man. I applied on 26th Feb and no update yet if that comforts you a bit. :)
Actually, I just want to know if the visas applied before Sep7 are being cleared or just lying in their system. All I’m seeing is people reapplying after the Sep7 thing.
I’m sorry for your stage, but this is plain and simple outrageous.

Hi guys
Family had an asylum case in 2007 to come to Canada through Pakistan. We are originally from Afghanistan and I am a Canadian citizen. the asylum case was denied in 2007, and unfortunately on two subsequent occasions in 2019, when I applied for their visitor visa, their request was denied. Now, my wife and I have applied for super visas for them. The application was submitted on July 3 and I have also had my local
federal MP write a support letter. The biometric files from 2019 has already been linked to their profile which saves us a step. My concern is that they might reject this super visa request again. Could someone please share their experience if they were denied visas before but had their super visa approved ?
Thank you so much in advance

Hello Everyone

Can somebody help me about my income calculation

2021 Income

Uber eat 16.337
Covid benefit 18.600 (10 percent of tax included)
My cooperation income 7580 cad (plus 13 percent tax- I am the only owner)

My family size is 3

Do you think Am I eligible for the income requirement
Were you earning an income (rental income and Uber eats while receiving any form of Covid benefit)? if so you may not have qualified for the amount you received and may be clawed back on your 2022 income tax.
