Hey congrats! Was your company’s naics code also on the list? My noc is on the list, but my company’s not, because of that I am not eligible for tech pathway..

My company is a consulting firm. I would suggest check the accepted NAICS codes for AINP Tech Acceralated pathway and get a custom letter made from your employer stating the business line that closely matches an accepted code. I did the same, hope it works out for you!

Thank you for your suggestion. I will try that! I used my company’s code, so they told me I am not eligible( since it wasn’t on the list). I hope they will help me regarding this.

I’m currently looking for a job offer to increase my chances. I’m a CEC candidate with 386 points, primary occupation 5241, with 1 year of Canadian Experience, and graduated from a Canadian Institution as well.

I too applied on April 5th but haven’t got the nomination yet and the status is still ‘submitted’, NOC 1241 Outland. I will update here once I get the nomination though.

Has anyone got an update from PNP? I just checked IRCC processing time and it makes up to 21 months for PNP through Express Entry.

You need to check if your noc is on the list as well as naics from there.

Hi, I also planning to apply for Tech Pathway. My NOC code matches. Based on employer explanation, NAICS code of the employer seems like Other Telecommunications, but I am not sure on that.
May I know how can I confirm it? and How do IRCC determine on employer NAICS code?
