Can I write both addresses, my permanent and current temporary one in the address history and for the PCC attach the one from my permanent address and write a LOE to explain that my permanent address is the same and I’m in the other city for a temporary assignment & PCC is only made for permanent address.
Indian PCC issued by PSK is valid all over India. Get your PCC done at permanent address, no need to include any LOE. If you are getting it done from a local police station then you'll have to ask them to include all the addresses. But I'd suggest to get it done from PSK.

But then there will be a discrepancy. My work history will mention my position in the different city and in my address history there will be no mention of that city? Won’t that discrepancy cause an issue?
In address history mention all the addresses permanent and current or any other address you stayed at.

Finally my turn. Just got PPR this morning. It came through as a message on my account and not a direct email. Might be because I am American and only need to send a photocopy of my passport?

AOR: Dec 5th, 2020
Category: FSW-O
COR : USA
Primary VO: Edmonton (moved from Montreal in mid-Jan 2022)
Medicals: Extended as of Feb 14, 2022

Review Required on Eligibility (job duties per GCMS - submitted another letter from employer)
GU: April 25th, 2022
PPR: April 26th 2022
Congratulations !

Man, I got to ask, why does an american citizen want to move to Canada ?

So, Ontario held another Skilled Trades draw this year.

https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-express-entry-notifications-interest

They sent 1,034 NOIs to candidates with CRS score range of 300 - 461. Can't wrap my head around that range. Is it because there aren't any candidates with higher scores or have they changed the criteria again ?

Plus, why so many skilled trade draws ? Is Canada in desperate need of those professions or will All Program draws be on bulk numbers for Ontario to wait it out for HCP ?

Of all the immigration streams, I thought Ontario had the best one and pretty straight forward to follow, now it seems theat they are turning worser than the whole IRCC in 2021.

My guess is they've reimposed the points cap on their draws to avoid wastage since normal draws are set to return.

As for the skilled trades draws, those are probably to support the expanding population. Perhaps there just isn't that many people in the trades within the high crs population.

I think so. They have done it before in 2021 as well.

It's so strange! Till now, they have issued more than double of all Skilled Trades' NOIs in 2021.

Hope they have the same strategy for HCP draws.
What strategy ?

They have already sent 2.5 times more NOIs for Skilled Trades this year compared to 2021. All those numbers will chip in to the total Ontario has in disposal for this years quota.

The strategy of increasing NOIs :) At the end of 2021, Ontario asked the federal government to double its allocation for 2022. I'm not expecting them to double the HCP annual NOIs. But at least they can keep the same pace or increase it slightly compared to last year.

We got missed Ontario draw several times :D because of the score range.
