I'm not sure if you are trolling or not.

Yes I think housing is expensive in Canada. How is that related to the fact that I find your idea of banning an entire profession just because you can't find a buyer/seller that doesn't agree with you, unacceptable?

It is related because your response to any criticism is: no one forced you at gunpoint to buy a house.

Well, thats the answer to your own complaints. No one is forcing you at gunpoint to move to Canada and then buy a house here. Therefore, your criticism is invalid.

Lol what? You can propose a change to housing regulations if you are unhappy with it. Get involved, propose something.

I was not forced to come to Canada. You are not forced to hire a realtor. We have choices. Don't like them? Do something about it, it's that simple.

Sure buddy, lets see you bring in Singapore style housing policy in first. Do something!

Good lord I feel like I'm talking to a wall lol.

Yes I think more public housing in Canada would be beneficial. No I don't think I am "forced" to buy anything because there is no Singapore house style in Canada and I can proceed to buy if I accept this market reality.

Same goes for you buddy. Yes you would like to navigate a market where most people don't use realtors. No you are not forced to use a realtor and you can proceed to buy/sell if you accept this market reality.

Acting like a 5 years old and cry about "I am forced to hire a realtor" just because this isn't a common market practice and you can't find a buyer, won't help much. Either you accept the market reality, either you keep complaining forever.

I'm glad you brought up this old post of mine, at least people can see I'm not a realtor, although you assumed the contrary LOL. Thanks buddy

Acting like a 5 years old and cry about Justin Trudeau and high housing prices won't help much. Either you accept the market reality, either you keep complaining forever.

I accepted it, I bought a home. Buddy you're digging deeper and deeper lol.

Then stop complaining LOL. You already lost!
I'm not complaining, I bought my house and still believe Canada needs more social housing so the young generation has a chance of owning a property. And I will give my vote to the politician who does the most in that sense.

You keep complaining about being forced to hire a realtor, when there are no such regulation in Canada. It's only your choice, sorry buddy.

Lol....here we are...arguing over semantics again. You are complaining. I quoted your posts full of complaints. You can keep denying it. If you choose to invent your own meaning from words like 'complain' and 'force', I cant help you.

There are two big nuances between you and me: 1- I never said I was forced to do anything, actually quite the contrary and it's written in my post and 2- I accepted the market reality and moved on.

You're just inventing a conspiracy theory about a regulation that would force buyers/sellers to hire realtors - when it just doesn't exist.

It's fine you'll get over it when you are ready to accept market reality.

Have a good evening.

Lol....more random 'nuances'....ok...I never mentioned politicians and compared to another country. Thats why I am not complaining and you are complaining. Think this is absurd? Well, thats how you sound.

Also, I never said there is a regulation that forces me to hire an agent. Please quote me if I do. You are just straight up lying.

Leave Canada if you dont like it.
