Hello guys, I'm inland PNP Ontario. I got an ADR this morning, and the officer is asking me to submit a letter of intent to live in Ontario, and explain why at the moment my address is showing Calgary.

Please does anyone know how I can respond to this?

In the ADR letter, the officer mentioned something that scared me. He said my application could be refused, if my explanation is not satisfactory.

I assume you might have applied Ontario PNP from Alberta. During that time, you had provided intention letter I guess. Similar format you can give with more details about your settlement plan to move to Ontario with some solid reference (friends (or) family)

Yeah, I did attached letter of Intent when I applied for OINP, but did not attach it with my PR application.

Thanks for your help

Great. Normally it is required to attach the same type of letter while submitting to PR. Otherwise before finalize the application they will ask. No issues, please attach the points you have provided to Ontario along with that settlement plan (More detailed way in connection with Ontario that which city you are going to settle, future plan , when you will move , any relationship (family or friends) like that you have to provide.

Can we not come together and do a class action lawsuit for the extreme mental distress this is causing ? Sorry I am frustrated but am wondering that there HAS TO BE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY for the impact this is having. I am a psychotherapist and it pains me that 80% of my immigrant clients are dealing with insane levels of stress and making major life decisions due to immigration, including myself. Just thinking out loud.

That will be awesome, if we can achieve it.

Hey guys what does eligibility: recommend passed means in GCMS notes

It means the Case analyst attending to your case has passed your eligibility, and it's now waiting for a full Eligibility pass from an officer. You've nothing to worry about. You are most likely going to pass the eligibility.

Normally, this happens when your Medical and Criminality have been passed. Other times it shows that you're now closer to a portal email. I'm suspecting that the later is the case for you. So, I'm gonna ask you to give IRCC sometime maybe up to a month, cus we all know they are unpredictable. But hopefully, you should be getting the portal email soon.
