Nov 2021 Applications pls share timelines

They are randomly picking applications and processing, i cant digest that stupid logic.
Note quite November, but close enough:
I got an email saying we have a message for you. And my account now says "your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application. Check your messages below for details."
But it also still says
Now, if anyone knows, how on earth do I send them the passport?

- We are reviewing the additional documents you provided. (I didn't)
- We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Now, if anyone knows, how on earth do I send them the passport?

All credit goes to the superb AI tool magic. At least some processing officer should check the applied logic in the tool and go by the order..
Just noticed today that eligibility review started for my parents VV application . Nov 29 AOR Dec 24 Bio
Applied from India. Application is in New Delhi as per webform
