I am pretty sure that CEC applications will be finished by May, so we will have FSWP and PNP left.

Plus, PNP applications from October and onwards have been getting PPRs within a 6 month window. IRCC just needs to maintain their 147k application processing power per quarter and everything will be fine, especially for you guys who are waiting for PPR.

Us pre-ITAs are more or less on a limbo.

They will just have new draws and that's it. Saying that "only FSW/PNP" applications will be left to finish is correct, ASSUMING no new draws. You know what will happens when new people will be invited, right? :)

People may think I only concern about the scam runs by IRCC and Canada government because I am still waiting for my PPR. I noticed that the program called express entry is another avenue for Canadian government to make money for some of their welfares. Imagine that tax generated from WES annually, Non-disclosure agreement with IELTS on revenue collection/tax return, and medical practitioners' license renewal fees/charges. The millions of dollars from this services is enough to run good health or security system.

I think what they focus on is to collect more and more money from under-developed countries with the name of PR (just PR) while you are going to Canada to work or establish business.

IRCC and Canada are funny bunny

There wont be any new draws until July this year, no matter what.

In March they processed about 4,000 FSW applications and 4,751 CEC applications in the first two weeks. By this pace alone, you would have around 13,000 FSW application left by the beginning of summer. I don't think they will decrease their processing speed once CEC is finished.

As I told you, they just need to maintain the pace. Nothing more actually.

Although I agree with you, they need money to run things.

Why should they spend money out of their pocket to bring you in the country ? They have shifted their bill on to you and me, since we need them more than they need us. Simple demand and supply economics.

In turn they are giving you a new beginning, perhaps much more happier and prosperous than where you live right now. At least, thats the case for me.

This is exactly the same thing I thought before 5 years ,when I went to USA on the contrary they even paid me scholarship.
what you said is right most of us incl me belong to 3rd word nations we dont have any choice but there are actually hidden profits for inviting people like you or me or most in this group into canada.
Most of us dont consider the amount of knowledge and hardwork that we take to those nations and most of the times this guys dont pay us anywhere close to natives,and most are lazy or stupid as fuck(my experience in USA taught me that),so life long you are making them profit.
About a new begening -I absolutely agree with you in that after visiting some places in my country ,I totally agree with you.

But this is where IRCC is running a scam for eg let us take your case,You can speak,write ,listen,read english,you should get overall 8 in IELTS,IRCC is telling you will forget english in 2 years that is total BS

We will see. I have been disappointed by IRCC since the day I applied. With my old profile, I used to argue with ImpatientKangaroo all the time about how his grim outlook is incorrect.

We'll see what happens in 2-4 months from today.
