I am aug 2019 applicant waiting for DM and PPR

Im september 2019 applicant and waiting for decision made and ppr to. Everything is completed on my file.

Application received: sep 2019. AOR1:nov 2019 SA: dec 2019 Biometrics: nov 2019 Medical request April 2021 medical passed: mai 2021 file transfer: dec 2019 mexico and feb 2019 sao paulo. pre arrival april 2021 aditionnal documents request: mai 2021 DM/PPR/COPR: waiting

I am SOOOOOO sick and tired of this endless nonsense waiting!
We won our appeal over 10 mths ago! On Feb 15 they requested redo police check, two IMM forms and proof of payment receipt - we handed everythg in right away and still nothing !! Just needs to redo medical then PPR - how much longer ???
enough is enough of this incompetent bullshit!

That's the other name for IRCC=incompetent, biased, arbitrary, non-transparent, non-accountable, they disregard the months and years spent waiting, the tears shed, the mental agony, depression, mental torture and cruelty, that's what they represent and stand for! Shameful lot of people working there!

Do you know after appeal allowed if your case sent to CPC-M?
I’m into 3 months after appeal allowed I’m worried if case collecting dust at CPC-M
How do you find out they if they transfer case Local Visa?

You have a loooong wait still. Appeals are done in canada so yes it sits in mississauga CPC for a very long time. Then it goes to applicants country visa office.
This is a nightmare

Thank you, It’s strange they reopen some applications and request medical in 10 days after appeal allowed We’re same Visa office.
but I still trying to find where have they sent the file to.

They will email you and let you know that ur application/file is back at the visa office. Great news today for us ….medical request. My hubby will be here soon !,,

what is an appeal , sorry I am not aware and hearing for first time

when someone is denied you can Appeal the decision within 30 days. We hired a lawyer. Cost us $7,500 but we WON our hearing (appeal - court date). it has been a very painful nightmare. Torture and cruelty. But my hubby will be here soon - he is redoing medical next week
