Hi,

I also got the visa email. Have sent across the passport for now.

but does anyone know what is the duration to land in canada? Some says it’s 4 months on visa. I have limitations, wont be possible for me to travel so soon, do they give extension also in any case? If anyone can guide me in this, would be very helpful to me please
Your visa and COPR is valid before:

1 year within your lastest medical exam or
the expiration date of your passport, whichever is ealier.

It’s valid for 1 year when your last medical was passed.

@legalfalcon and other experts in this group.
Really request your help on my query.

I am Dec 19 AOR and have a valid US B1 visit visa issued in 2016. My spouse after marriage had applied for the same in 2019. My sister lives in the US so we thought of visiting them as a family. However the visit visa for my spouse was not granted/ rejected in 2019 due to reasons which were not mentioned. My spouse is the secondary applicant and I didn't know we had to declare all visa refusals to IRCC. On coming to know of same, i had raised a webform last month along with a LOE mentioning that we were genuinely not aware of the same, hence it was not informed earlier. Will this be a problem? My eligibility already shows as "Passed" as per recent GCMS notes. Would really appreciate your responses.

Hi all,
I'm in a bit of a situation here. I did my upfront medicals yesterday, and today I received a letter in my portal requesting for a medical exam. Although I did submit the same by webform yesterday. What do I do here? Please any help would count. Please I'm quite worried.

May I ask which visa office sent you the passport request. I received my passport request today from New York visa office but my cor is India. They have asked me to submit the passports at new york vac. Not sure if this is normal and if someone has experienced this. Any advice from anyone is appreciated.
