I have query regarding settlement funds? We are applying for FS the required about is CAD 16000 for usfamily.
A. is it okay if the accounts is new in the bank less than the required months bank history?
Does it mean it will affect our application for FS

applied online:april 10
file no. received: april 12
settlement plan sent:april 12

till now no news with my MPNP application..its been 4 months and 10 days now..

After submitting sp2 by sponsor with his documents of health card and other required documents after 10 days he received an email from embassy that is from mpnp . which was as below

Greetings,
This is to acknowledge the receipt of your email.
Documents will be uploaded accordingly.

Please note that we cannot provide status updates regarding your
application as it takes time away from assessing applications. You can be
assured; once a decision has been made you will be provided with a
decision in writing.

So now what should i understand is my application ok and process had been started or not at present i m confused ?? Please share the views so as i can come to know what should be done

hi I actually joined in this forum year 2012.i received my LOA dated june 30 and instructions were given,that I need to submit my documents to CIC nova scotia until december 30,2013.I just want to ask what should i write in the field of study under education and status in country under personal history(backgroud declaration.im just confused.pls help.tnx much

Hello thetet,

From what I have observed after the sponsor interview and you have no outstanding document to submit.. then in less thank two weeks your sponsor should get the LOA sent to him/her... All the best!!

Hi everyone!! Can i join in this group?

i'm applying under family stream. i got my LOA last week. now i am applying for CIC. i got a few questions.

1. i live in the Philippines, how can i pay my visa? correct me if i'm wrong, will i send my certified cheque in CND $ together with my application form to CIC in Sydney?
or
will i have to pay here in CIC Manila office and send them the receipt?


2. My son and my "common-law" wife is not accompanying in this trip, but i include them as my dependents. am i gonna pay for their visa as well?

I've read that your dependents are not accompanying with you,have you uploaded online their copies of passport?
Did you pay for their visa even though they are not accompanying with you?

If my application is successful,my dependents will just follow but I included them in my application.

hi i hope this would help you. we submitted ours on March 22, 2013. our sponsor's interview was on aug. 1.
