Will share my experience.. I used bank draft since am afraid of the fluctuation issues. Got the draft from the bank on aug 23 then dropped it to RCBC. Med was done Aug 28. And it was submitted to the Embassy Sep 3, status 'Med received' was Sep 9 and that's it. Application Received to In...

Re: RPRF My status from 'Application Received' to "In Process" took more than 2 months. Yhis is because I used bank draft as payment for rprf. I wasnt aware that bank draft took really, really long to be encashed since it will be sent to Canada for encashment since it is in CAD currency...

If rprf has been encashed already, ECAS will add 2nd status "We started processing your application.." if bank draft was used, this will take longer compared to MC
