You need to post on 2 other sites. See LMIA program requirements for high or low wage. you need to wait at least 30 days as you need to wait to see what applications come in and show that no one applied from within Canada.

After I received a positive LMIA, what is the next step to connect with my potential employee outside of Canada, is it through temporaray foreign worker program for senior caregiver? Please advise. I will DIY my hiring and potential employee.

Are you hiring a caregiver specifically? Where are you located in Canada? Which province?

I am living here in Vancouver, BC. I am hiring a caregiver specifically for my mom (senior). my target would be hiring my nephew back in the Philippines to take care of my mom.

So he applies through the Home Support Worker Pilot program. Make sure he meets requirements and has ECA and IELTS. Hiring relatives are more highly scrutinized by IRCC. Your mom shows that she can afford a full time caregiver, and she sets up a business registration number for payroll. The salary must be the median wage for Vancouver. Processing is about 33 months for the work permit.

I was reading the link and it looks like it goes to PR pathway application. However, I was checking the TFW program in LMIA hiring for caregiver and it did not specify ECA or IELTS. Or maybe I just missed reading it. Any thoughts?

There is no TFW program for caregivers so LMIA is not an option. They must go through the Home Support Worker Pilot program. This changed in June 2019. So he must get ECA and IELTS for HSWP program.

I am looking for possible options, is it possible for my nephew to come with a visitor visa, then when he arrives in Canada, can he apply on my job posting that I created in job bank? Thank you once again for the guidance.

No, this is not possible. The same restrictions will still apply and he won't be able to apply for a work permit.

No. Your mother cannot hire him unless he applies through the HSWP. Then he must meet eligibility requirements, be approved and wait the 36 months for processing. If posting the job through Job Bank and other job sites, you may have interested and qualified applicants.

Thank you for your responses, they are so helpful. I have a question on educational assessment, my nephew completed 2 years of post secondary education but did not completed a degree or received a final diploma. Will the educational credentialing assessment accepts it or not? Thank you.

Have you even read the guidelines for the program?
