    May I ask what school and program? I think less than 10% (maybe even 5%) of SDS files actually are processed within 2 weeks. If eligibility, background and medical are completed you should get response soon. As for weekends, if your officer is working on your file then it is possible to get update.

    How did you get an attestation letter? Did you apply for it? You don’t need attestation letter for a school in Quebec. CAQ is all you need. IRCC may have withdrawn it for other reasons. What is the school?

    Because you don’t meet the criteria. Bullet 2 is NO because you don’t yet have one year of experience with the employer specified on the LMIA exempt work permit. You must have the LMIA and then work for that employer specified for one year on that work permit. You are on an open work permit...

    What a vague article since PNP is a provincial not federal responsibility? PNP programs, not through EE, require a job offer, studying in province or be working in the province. So not sure how it streamlines or changes anything. Person who wrote article isn’t even a Canadian immigration lawyer...
