Reapply yourself. Make sure you declare every single past refusal, including the one you just received from Canada.What should i do now ??
My cousin brother is in Canada (Canadian passport holder) he sent he invitation letter for visit. Then i hire a agent to apply for me.
Should i tell to my cousin to send me invitation letter for visit.. and is there any way to explain to immigration that agent didn't fill all informations..
ok, now it makes sense. Uganda has more than 7 months processing time. I mean follow what seniors are suggesting here, applying from India changes the processing time though.Should i apply from india ??? Because I'm in uganda (east Africa).. I'm a businessman here...

• I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions in the documents you

question, "Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or to, or ordered to leave

IRCC must consider and focus the US refusal and Approval and i think your agent did not provide refusal details in application

Yes.. it can possible he didn't mention my refusals. Might be i have visiting invitation latter from Canada that's why..

Hi,well IRCC says it takes around few weeks to process visitor visa application and if applied from India it is 28 days.
How long has it been since you applied and have u receive any update as yet.?
