You can if you meet LICO for all family members. PGP has not been open to new profiles since 2020. It is lottery based with only 15k selected per year. Over 100k are in the 2020 pool so expect when it ever reopens to have half a million profiles submitted. Parents may never be picked. Meet LICO every year and right now, you need 3 consecutive years of meeting LICO
